In order to more quickly respond to our customers’ needs and inquire about their comments and suggestions on our products, we have set up after-sale service network in Beijing and Shanghai where our customers are densely located. Supported by a constant supply of accessories and staffed by a group of experienced service men and technical supporting engineers, we can provide our customers with timely solutions to the problems with the boat body, electromechanical parts, electronic components, etc.


Services    
1.Free installation and debugging to ensure a regular operation (the provisions specified in the contract concluded by the seller and the buyer shall prevail in exceptional cases).
2.Free training of the buyers in how to drive and maintain the yacht.
3.The hull and electromechanical parts are covered by warranty for one year and shall be repaired at the cost price of the parts replaced after the warranty period.

Efficient services
A customer’s request for service shall be responded by telephone, fax or E-mail within two hours and, if necessary, service men shall be sent to the customers located in the local province within 24 hours or to those located in other provinces within 72 hours.
